Terms and Conditions of Sale
Terms governing Eymmi Justice website creation, hosting, maintenance, subscriptions, cancellations, and client responsibilities.
Last updated: 08 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the provision of website creation, hosting, and maintenance services (hereinafter the “Services”) provided by [Nombre de la Agencia] (hereinafter the “Agency”, “We”, or “Us”) to the client, strictly defined as a legal professional or law firm (hereinafter the “Client” or “You”).
1. Object of the Service
The Agency operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) and Web Agency provider exclusively dedicated to law firms. We provide website design, hosting, technical maintenance, and related digital infrastructure. By subscribing to our Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Pricing, Trial Period, and Payment Terms
2.1. Trial Period
New Clients are eligible for a 14-day introductory trial period subject to a one-time fee of 4€. During this period, the Client will have access to the basic functionalities of the service to evaluate its suitability.
2.2. Monthly Subscriptions
Upon the expiration of the 14-day trial period, the Client may activate an ongoing monthly subscription by selecting one of the following available plans:
- Essential Plan: $49.00 USD / month
- Professional Plan: $89.00 USD / month
- Premium Plan: $299.00 USD / month
2.3. Payment Processing and No Commitment
All financial transactions and subscription payments are securely processed through our designated payment gateway, Mercado Pago. The subscription is strictly on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month unless explicitly canceled by the Client prior to the next billing cycle. The Client reserves the right to cancel their subscription at any time.
3. Intellectual Property and Footers
3.1. Client Ownership
The Client retains full and exclusive ownership of their specific digital assets, which strictly include:
- The domain name registered for the website.
- All original textual content provided or published by the Client.
- All logos, branding, and images provided by the Client.
3.2. Agency Intellectual Property
The Agency retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying code, themes, proprietary CMS architecture, plugins, and server configurations used to operate the website, except where specified in the Exit Options (Section 4.3).
3.3. Mandatory Footer Attribution
As part of the SaaS agreement, all websites provisioned by the Agency shall maintain a discrete hyperlink and text attribution in the footer stating: “Powered by [Nombre de la Agencia]”. This attribution must not be removed, obscured, or altered while the website remains hosted on the Agency’s infrastructure.
4. Cancellation, Suspension, and Exit Options
4.1. Standard Cancellation and Suspension
If the Client chooses to cancel their subscription without selecting an Exit Option, all future billing will immediately cease. Consequently, the website will be suspended and taken offline at the end of the current paid billing cycle. The Agency is not obligated to store the website data indefinitely following a standard cancellation.
4.2. Exit Option 1: Simple Export
Should the Client wish to cancel their subscription and host the website independently, they may opt for the Simple Export. Subject to a one-time technical fee of $200.00 USD, the Agency will provide the Client with a ZIP archive containing the static code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and all associated media files. This option does not include databases or backend infrastructure.
4.3. Exit Option 2: Turnkey Migration
Should the Client require a complete transfer of the active, dynamic website infrastructure, they may opt for the Turnkey Migration. Subject to a one-time technical fee of $350.00 USD, the Agency will perform a full migration of the website to the Client’s independent server. Upon completion, the Agency will surrender all administrative access, passwords, and server rights to the Client, effectively terminating the Agency’s control over and responsibility for the website.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Agency acts strictly as a technical service provider (design, hosting, and technical tools, including AI-driven integrations). The Agency does not provide legal advice.
The Client (the law firm/lawyer) bears sole and exclusive responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and ethical compliance of all legal advice, content, publications, and client communications facilitated through the website. The Agency shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, legal disputes, or malpractice claims arising from the content published on the website or the usage of AI tools provided within the platform.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [País de la Agencia]. Both parties irrevocably agree that the competent courts of [País de la Agencia] shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
